Lively is a healthcare company founded out of Redesign Health that provides high-tech, custom-programmed hearing aids shipped directly to consumers. In 2021, they were acquired by Denmark-based GN hearing, owners of Resound.
When MSL met Lively, they had just completed their Series A funding round for $16M led by Declaration Capital and Tiger Management. They needed to invest their newly raised capital into building their sales from zero. They had limited sales experience across the company and needed strategic and tactical support to prove product market fit, grow demand and build an agile sales team.
Lively utilized the MSL Sales as a Service plan to gain access to experienced sales and marketing professionals. We helped scale Lively’s complex business by creating a dynamic, multi-tiered sales team and documentation of end-to-end processes across sales, audiology, and fulfillment.
