Tom Sauer

Co-Founder

Before co-founding Mile Square Labs in 2017, Tom led sales at Fundera, a small business loan aggregator, from company launch through Series B round. Fundera was acquired by Nerdwallet in 2020. Prior to that, in 2011, he was general manager of LivingSocial, helping the company launch products and hire hundreds while running a large sales team in the tri-state area. Tom broke into the tech space after half a decade in healthcare when he led a sales office for Yodle, an SMB lead gen platform which has since been acquired by Web.com

PRESTON JUNGER

Co-Founder

Preston is currently SVP of sales at 7SHIFTS, the world's leading labor management platform focused on restaurants. The company recently raised a Series B round led by Danny Meyer, founder and CEO of Shake Shack, Gramercy Tavern, and countless other endeavors. Before co-founding MSL with Tom, Preston was an early team member at Yelp, joining the company before it reached triple digit employees. Preston also uses his experience and time at IAC and Apple to advise, mentor, and invest in startups at all stages.
